We pack fast and ship with care—so your rebel gear lands ready to rock. This page covers processing times, carriers, tracking, international orders, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Order Processing
- In-stock items: Process in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, PT).
- Custom / made-to-order: Allow up to 15 days to craft before shipment (final sale unless defective on arrival).
- Peak seasons, weather events, or carrier issues may add time—thanks for your patience.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via major carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). Options and rates appear at checkout based on your address, weight, and speed selected.
Tracking
- You’ll get a tracking email when your label is created. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after pickup.
- If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t see the package, please check with household members/neighbors and look around porches, side doors, mailrooms, and parcel lockers.
Address Changes & Corrections
- Please double-check your address at checkout. We’re not responsible for shipments sent to addresses entered incorrectly.
- If you made a mistake, email [email protected] immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to correct it.
Delivery Issues (Lost, Stolen, Damaged)
- Damaged/Wrong item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
- Lost in transit: If tracking hasn’t moved for 7+ days (US) or 14+ days (international), email us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and help with next steps.
- Marked delivered / not received: Start with your local carrier/USPS office and file a claim if needed. We’ll assist where possible, but we’re not liable for confirmed deliveries or theft after delivery.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Transit times shown at checkout are estimates provided by carriers.
- PO Boxes/APO/FPO may require USPS methods and can take longer.
- Multiple-item orders may ship in separate packages to speed things up—no extra cost to you.
International Shipping
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.
- Customs inspections may cause delays beyond our control. Mark your return as “Return of Goods” to avoid extra fees.
- Refused or unclaimed international packages may be returned or destroyed by carriers/customs; original shipping and any fees are non-refundable.
Preorders & Split Shipments
- Preorder ETAs are estimates and may shift due to production or transit variability.
- We may ship available items first and backorder the rest; you’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Rates are calculated at checkout in real time by the carrier and/or our system. If we run a free-shipping promo, details and eligibility (cart minimums, countries, exclusions) will be stated on-site or at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
For eligibility and instructions, see our Returns & Refunds Policy. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.
