The Rock Collective wants you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.


Return Window & Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags/labels attached and in original packaging.
  • For hygiene/safety reasons, the following are final sale and not returnable: intimates/lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, earrings, cosmetics, gift cards, digital items, and any item marked “Final Sale.”
  • Custom-made / made-to-order items are final sale and may require up to 15 days to process before shipping.

Refund Method

Approved returns are issued as store credit (Rock Dollars) to your account or via a digital gift card. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, start a return for store credit and place a new order. This reserves your item while stock lasts.

How to Start a Return

  1. Locate your order number and the email used at checkout.
  2. Email [email protected] with subject: Return Request – Order #XXXX.
  3. We’ll reply with your RMA instructions and the return address. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.

Tip: Use a trackable service and keep your receipt. We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Oh no—tell us so we can fix it fast. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue/packaging. Once verified, we’ll replace or issue store credit (including standard return shipping if we made a mistake).

Condition Checks

Returned items that arrive worn, washed, altered, with odors/makeup/deodorant/pet hair, missing tags, or outside the return window will be declined and sent back at your expense.

Processing Times

  • Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of our team receiving your package.
  • Approved credits post immediately once issued; gift cards arrive by email.
  • Custom-made items: up to 15 days processing before shipment.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we shipped a damaged/incorrect item.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments on past orders or temporary promotions.

International Orders

Duties/taxes are non-refundable. Returns must be marked “Return of Goods.” Any customs charges we incur will be deducted from your credit.
