At The Rock Collective (“TRC,” “we,” “us”), we respect your privacy. This Policy explains what we collect, how we use/share it, and the choices you have. By using our site and services, you agree to this Policy.
Information We Collect
- Identifiers & contact info (name, email, phone, shipping/billing addresses).
- Order & payment data (products, totals; payment details handled by our payment processor).
- Device & usage info (IP address, browser, pages viewed, timestamps).
- Approximate geolocation (derived from IP).
- User content (reviews, messages you send us, social handles you share).
- Inferences (preferences or interests derived from your activity).
Note: We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless you choose to provide it.

- Fulfillment & operations (orders, shipping, returns, support).
- Account & communications (order updates, service emails).
- Personalization & marketing (recommendations, emails, limited ads).

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some analytics/ads disclosures may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under state laws; see your choices below.

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure performance, and serve/measure ads. Manage cookies in your browser, and use our Privacy Choices / Opt-Out tools and industry options (e.g., youradchoices.com). Disabling cookies may impact functionality.
Data Retention
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above—typically the duration of your relationship with us—plus any additional period required by law, dispute resolution, or accounting. When no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify data.
Your Rights & Choices (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR)
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete data (subject to exceptions)
- Limit / opt out of certain processing (“Do Not Sell or Share” / targeted ads)

Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No method is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and keep your account details confidential.
Children’s Privacy
Our site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
International Transfers
We are U.S.-based. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your data may be processed in the U.S. and other countries. We use appropriate safeguards where required by law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll update the date above and may provide additional notice. Your continued use after changes means you accept the revised Policy.
Shipping & Returns Customer Friendly
Shipping at a Glance
- Processing time: 2–5 business days (most ship in 2–3).
- Custom-made items: may take up to 15 days to process before shipping (noted on the product page).
- U.S. shipping: Free on orders $75+; $6.95 flat under $75.
- Delivery estimates (U.S.): 3–7 business days after ship date.
- International: Calculated at checkout; duties & taxes paid by customer unless stated otherwise.
- Tracking: Sent automatically when your order ships.
Processing Times
We hand-prep and quality-check each order. Most items ship within 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). During launches or sales, allow an extra 1–2 business days.
Custom-made / made-to-order items: Some products are crafted just for you and may require up to 15 days to process before shipping. When applicable, this will be clearly noted on the product page and in your confirmation email.
Shipping Methods & Rates
United States
- Orders $75+ → Free Standard Shipping
- Orders under $75 → $6.95 Flat Rate
- Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (best route)
International
Rates shown at checkout. Transit times vary by destination (7–21 business days on average). Duties/VAT are collected by the carrier/government where applicable.
Note: Once scanned by the carrier, delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Weather or customs may cause delays.
Order Changes & Address Corrections
If you need to adjust your order or address, reply to your confirmation email immediately. If the order has shipped, we’re unable to reroute it.
Preorders & Split Shipments
- Preorders ship by the estimated window on the product page.
- Mixed carts (in-stock + preorder or custom-made) may ship separately to avoid delays.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
- 30 days from the delivery date for returns/exchanges.
- U.S. returns receive a prepaid label; $7.95 is deducted from store credit/refund (exchanges ship back out free one time).
Condition Checklist
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and scent-free
- With original tags/packaging
Exchanges (U.S.)
One free size/style exchange per order (subject to stock). If the requested item is sold out, we’ll issue store credit.
Refund Method
- Store credit by default (gift card usable site-wide).
- Original payment refunds for eligible (non-final-sale) returns minus the return label fee. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Final Sale / Non-Returnable
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Intimates, bodysuits, swim bottoms, and earrings
- Gift cards and digital downloads
- Customized/personalized items
- Clearance or promotional items discounted 30%+
Defective or Wrong Item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace or refund (including shipping) for confirmed defects or incorrect items.
International Returns
International customers may return within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Exchanges ship as a new order.
Price Adjustments
One-time price adjustment within 7 days of purchase if the identical item (size/color) goes on promo. Excludes final sale, sitewide events, and limited-time doorbusters.
Lost or Stalled Packages
- Marked “Delivered” but not received: Check neighbors/household and contact the carrier. If still missing after 3 business days, contact us and we’ll assist with a claim.
- In transit with no movement (10+ business days): Contact us— we’ll investigate and make it right.
How to Start a Return/Exchange
- Find your order number (confirmation email).
- Email suppport@therockcollective.com with subject “Return/Exchange + Order #” and include item(s), reason, and photos if defective.
- We’ll email your prepaid label (U.S.) and next steps.
- Drop off within 10 days of label issuance. After inspection, we’ll process your exchange or issue credit/refund within 3–5 business days.
Holiday Extension: Orders placed Nov 15–Dec 31 get an extended return window until Jan 15 of the following year (standard exclusions apply).
